Thanks to all dB reviews, I sorta went with low expectations and liked the movie. Have to admit felt like going to movies after watching a trailer after a long time. 1. Director did a good job for a first timer. He didn’t deviate from the plot with silly comedy or action scenes. More than 95% of screen time shared by the lead pair. However, the conflict point and second half could have been slightly better. 2. Varun tej - the only other movie I watched was Fidaa. He did an Ok job in that movie by underplaying. He gave a much better ferfarmance in the one. He was able to show pain thru his eyes and body language. Looked cool in 2 of his 3 looks in the movie. He seem to be on the right track selecting different scripts rather than run of the mill masala crap. I am sure he would have developed a fan base in youth with this movie. But he needs to work on his Dikky! 3. Rasi khanna - she was gorgeous!! She rocked in a few scenes. The chemistry between the lead pair is good. Good to see directors writing good characters for the lead ladies than using them just for skin show and songs. 4. Music - thaman kurrod manta puttichad music and background. Never expected it from him. MPS annai micrscope lo chuchi thaman kirrod talent eppudo cheppad maname ignore It was a good story after a long time. Original TP, Khushi, Cheli and few other gowtam menon Movies ki connect iyya..malli Ippidu idi. Go watch it in movies! On a side note: N heros ki youth n urbane audience lo limited following for not doing such movies. Manchi feel unna love stories, peppy music, cool outfits and hair dos lekunda they can Never gain that market. Jr has loads of talent but till temper his looks were horrible to say the least. Would like to see him doing a full fledged love story 4. |
