Have you never seen any desi women with serious career goals and in executive leadership ?

My HD puts in lot more hours than me per week... as she grew in career, she has been putting in even more hours per week... and I know quite a few girls who does the same

We should in fact give them even more credit / respect as they handle career and home, kids etc... not an easy job at all
