Most cards have instant alerts. You can decline the transaction right away or atleast report it. I dont understand why the transaction doesnt show up on your statement. Banks have become smart to detect unusual transactions/spending based on your usage and travel patterns and block them. | ||

Don’t worry bank will take care of it. Not sure what card you have but most banks are proactively looking for these potential fraud transactions and putting them on hold until secondary authentication e.g. usage away from home or series of online transactions within 1-2 days. Crooks install card readers to swipe machines and sell these stolen numbers online. I had a similar incident but here in US..bagel shop lo card geeka to bring out of dormant stage, next week evado 4-5 purchases chesad online total <500$ but I got a call from bank asking if it was me. When I said no they declined all the charges | ||
