there may be life but not intelligent life. The theory is, If the planet has any water, it would have the life. If it has life becoz of water, at some point, the life would evolve as intelligent life, if they are intelligent then they should have thurst to explore light and universe etc. They should have already sent some form of signals. Any signal you take, it would be derived from light. Our sensors can recognize any form of light signals. None were reported in past 10 to 20 years. There is also another theory. We are not from earth. Life forming cells belongs to some other planet in-universe and traveled in-universe for thousands, billions of years and reached earth with help of space asteroid, comets etc. | ||

There is no way we are alone.....Jst tht we haven't found each other. Our solar system is a speck in billions of other systems. Probability of life sustaining planets is too high. But smtimes it's better to maintain status quo instead of going looking for them. You might not like what you see. | ||

We might be small but we have ears. We can listen any big signal. AS I said before every signal is based on Light. Any life on universe should understand light in the same way. So we should receive some form of light signal like xray, microwave etc at some point if there is intelligent life. After so many years we have not received even single one. | ||

You missed the point. I said the earth is pretty much new in the universe. There planets which are thousands of billions of years old. they might have sent some signal already. we should be able to hear it now if they had already sent. | ||

true.. but Light is basic. Whatever you do, light is the basis for the most of the signals. radio, X-ray, etc.. if they had any intelligence, we would have seen some signals. Probably. After massive improvement in technology scientist started thinking that there may not be any intelligent life in the universe. We might be alone. IF there is any intelligent life then they might have already know about light, radio signals, infrared etc. They would have sent those signals into - a universe in a different direction. Our satellites listen 24/7 and waiting for a signal from the universe. they did not even hear the single signal in past decade. Earth is just billion years old. There are planets which are many many billions of years old. if they had life, they would be much advanced than us. As we have not heard anything, there is no life in the universe. we might be alone. |
