frankly and seriously there is no Visitor's insurance plan that covers "well" the pre-existing conditions especially diabetic, heart and such critical illness. all you can do is pay more premium per month which "if needed" might cover certain portion. So on a serious note, take the best available lot (I take from visitors insurance website) and pray to god that nothing should happen during their visit.
