marinate 2 pounds bones with kaaram, salt and garam masala powder for 30 mins

pressure cooker lo add ghee and whole garam masala. vegaaka add half onion mukkalu and one tomato mukkalu ....veegaka add fresh grinded ginger garlic ...add more quantity which gives good taste ... vegaaka add bones and add one litre of water ....close pressure cokker and cook until 12 whistles....pressure poyaaka mootha theesi

Instant pot lo put in saute mode , add ghee and transfer all the content from pressure cooker add 2 more litres of water...konchem boil ayyaka change the mode to slow cook, cover the lid and slow cook for atleast 16 hours

ayyaka ...vala laanti garita theesukuni take out all the pulp from that and add salt if required based on your taste ... thaageppudu oka half nimmakaya pindukuni thaagitheeeeeee......aaha naa raaja

First 10 days:

Breakfast: 10 nanabettina badam pappulu ,2/3 eggs tho omletts with lot of veggies tho breakfast
Lunch : Chicken/fish/goat/shrimp curry or fry or roast with no onions and tomotoes (dont exceed meat quantity more than 350 gms) and veg curry with no onions and tomotoes

Dinner: veg curry with no onions and tomotoes and can have one or two eggs boiled or omlettes

apart from these make sure you have 70 gms of fat (coconut oil/ghee/butter/cheese) , 3 lemons , 4 litres of water, one multi vitamin tablet mandatory

After 10 Days:

Replace any one meal from above list with mutton bone soup and reduce fat content to 30 gms ....miginilavi anni same to same

After 20 Days :

Try to skip one more meal and replace with mutton bone soup . Try to keep gap between one meal to another meal for 14- 16 hours

It worked for me wonders..2 days non veg continous gaa thinte kindhi icchi gaa vundedhi ..VRK diet lo 3 times a day thinna single time no acidity / no icchiness/ Weight oka 7 kgs thagga eventhough i am on and off i am not increasing weight more than a kg..

Follow the diet as mentioned below:
Food program: – ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF YOUR BODY, (3-month period for diabetes)
Oils – Refined sunflower oil (No)
Coconut oil (Yes) 100% Result
Cow Ghee (Yes) 40% original
Olive oil (Yes) 40% Result
Butter (Yes) 40% Result Amul, Vijaya
Cheese (Yes) 40% Result
Venna in curd

Salt-Kallu Uppu Only (Sea Salt)

Egg filled with eggs (white and yellow) 1-6 per day
Omlet … Either way
Any Vegetables Curry Omlets

Chicken, lamb, prawns, fish, any vegetables
300g a day (every day) Do not use tamarind. Naatu kodi, naatu eggs very good for health.
Without rice and without chapatis
Salt, chili powder, turmeric, lemon, garlic paste and ginger to marinate. Homemade garam masala.
Deep fridge – 2 h.
Fry in the oils mentioned above.
No curd, color, corn flour, sauce, etc.

1 kg lamb bones

Breakfast: 10 nanabettina badam pappulu ,2/3 eggs tho omletts with lot of veggies tho breakfast
Lunch : Chicken/fish/goat/shrimp curry or fry or roast with no onions and tomotoes (dont exceed meat quantity more than 350 gms) and veg curry with no onions and tomotoes

Dinner: veg curry with no onions and tomotoes and can have one or two eggs boiled or omlettes

apart from these make sure you have 70 gms of fat (coconut oil/ghee/butter/cheese) , 3 lemons , 4 litres of water, one multi vitamin tablet mandatory

After 10 Days:

Replace any one meal from above list with mutton bone soup and reduce fat content to 30 gms ....miginilavi anni same to same

After 20 Days :

Try to skip one more meal and replace with mutton bone soup . Try to keep gap between one meal to another meal for 14- 16 hours

Ee programme which is 12 weeks ayyentha varaku vellan.. tharuvaatha elthaa.. but ellina roju that will be the only meal for that day

Inthakumundhu chaala diets chesaam .. weight loss vundhi but with lot of cravings .. so half way lo vadhilesi malli perigaam.. but this time no cravings do damn sure we will complete the programme .. once programme is complete will live by counting intake calories and light exercise for life .. eppudanna oka poota rechipoyinaa will compensate with another poota

parledu annai ..nenu ee diet cheyatledu gani normal excersizing ee...any given day weight swings 4 lbs either this way or that way...dont worry..water intake and sweat batti marutu untadi. good going..

Started with 268.3

After week 1 - 259.1 - 9.2 pounds off
After Week 2 - 254.2 - 4.9 pounds off
After Week 3 - 249.8 - 4.4 pounds off



Total - 18.5 pounds off

Friday ke 250 vundhi ante last 2 days asalu thaggaledhu .. but first 5 days of this week almost everyday pound thaggindhi ..

One meal and two times mutton bone soup this week chesaa....exercise chedhamanukunna but kudharledhu .. ee week definite gaa chesthaa

4th week same diet continue chesi exercise chesthaa .. choodhaam if it amplifies weight loss

25% of targeted period completed with 30% targeted weight loss .. waist started with 40 and now at 37
