Sasibabu: marinate 2 pounds bones with kaaram, salt and garam masala powder for 30 mins pressure cooker lo add ghee and whole garam masala. vegaaka add half onion mukkalu and one tomato mukkalu ....veegaka add fresh grinded ginger garlic ...add more quantity which gives good taste ... vegaaka add bones and add one litre of water ....close pressure cokker and cook until 12 whistles....pressure poyaaka mootha theesi Instant pot lo put in saute mode , add ghee and transfer all the content from pressure cooker add 2 more litres of water...konchem boil ayyaka change the mode to slow cook, cover the lid and slow cook for atleast 16 hours ayyaka ...vala laanti garita theesukuni take out all the pulp from that and add salt if required based on your taste ... thaageppudu oka half nimmakaya pindukuni thaagitheeeeeee......aaha naa raaja

Sasibabu:sare kaaniyyi First 10 days: Breakfast: 10 nanabettina badam pappulu ,2/3 eggs tho omletts with lot of veggies tho breakfast Lunch : Chicken/fish/goat/shrimp curry or fry or roast with no onions and tomotoes (dont exceed meat quantity more than 350 gms) and veg curry with no onions and tomotoes Dinner: veg curry with no onions and tomotoes and can have one or two eggs boiled or omlettes apart from these make sure you have 70 gms of fat (coconut oil/ghee/butter/cheese) , 3 lemons , 4 litres of water, one multi vitamin tablet mandatory After 10 Days: Replace any one meal from above list with mutton bone soup and reduce fat content to 30 gms ....miginilavi anni same to same After 20 Days : Try to skip one more meal and replace with mutton bone soup . Try to keep gap between one meal to another meal for 14- 16 hours

Follow the diet as mentioned below: Food program: – ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF YOUR BODY, (3-month period for diabetes) Oils – Refined sunflower oil (No) Coconut oil (Yes) 100% Result Cow Ghee (Yes) 40% original Olive oil (Yes) 40% Result Butter (Yes) 40% Result Amul, Vijaya Cheese (Yes) 40% Result Venna in curd ——————- Salt-Kallu Uppu Only (Sea Salt) ——————– Egg filled with eggs (white and yellow) 1-6 per day Omlet … Either way Any Vegetables Curry Omlets —————————— Come Curry Directly —————————— Chicken, lamb, prawns, fish, any vegetables 300g a day (every day) Do not use tamarind. Naatu kodi, naatu eggs very good for health. Without rice and without chapatis Salt, chili powder, turmeric, lemon, garlic paste and ginger to marinate. Homemade garam masala. Deep fridge – 2 h. Fry in the oils mentioned above. No curd, color, corn flour, sauce, etc. ————————— Outdoor food: – If necessary Chicken tandoori (without color) Chicken Tikka (without color) Chicken kebab (without color) Grilled chicken (without color) No taste of salt —————————– Lamb bone soup. 1 kg lamb bones 2 liters of water and 12 whitles Transfer to a large ship. Add 4 Ltrs. Keep that in a small stove and sim approximately 7 hours. Add the vegetables you want. 45 minutes Take out all the pulp and drink only soup. —————– Pillar 1- Every day (First 10 days) of the program. 70-100g fat for sure Not cheese Prefers soup with fat. Next days of the program: – 40-70g of fat depends on the person If it weakened, add more 10g. —————- Obligatoryly, a non-vegetarian has to take vegetables regularly. You should not take: – Potato Chama Kanda Pendalam Chilakada Beet root Raw banana Beans, Naatu Chikkudu, Bataani. It must take partially: Tomato 1 Onion 1 Carrot 1 Except that 11 vegetables should take all the other vegetables. You can also mix curry milk. The Mulagaaku sheet should be taken regularly. Vegetable soup: – All vegetables except exempt ones. Add 1/2 liter of water in the pot and place 7 whistles. Remove the pulp and drink the soup. Add thalimpu, garlic paste and ginger, etc. —————— Panneer-100% protien Take 100 g of paneer every day —————– Without coconut water? Mudhuru kobbari, endu kobbari, half chippa every day. ———————- Milk – No Coffee, tea: without milk or sugar Take decotion and cream. Bulletproof coffee. Green tea, white tea, sugar-free ——————————– Meegada in milk- Add it to curry curry leaves. ———————————- You can drink soda ——————– Prohibit all cold drinks and bad habits. Until this program is completed. —————— Curd- No But you can drink Majjiga Like Lemon Majjiga, Jeera Majjiga. 2 spoons in 1 liter of water —————- Pillar 2: – Each person must take 3 lemons Avoid salt in Majjiga. For sure. —————- Take 2 Ltrs curd and add 3 Ltrs of water. Add mirchi, ginger, garlic, etc. and store it in the fridge Take only the top layer. I should not take the curd next. —————- Pillar 3: – You should drink 4 liters of water directly or water majjiga. —————- Pillar 4: – 1 Multi Vitamin Tablet. For sure. Take in generic store. ————— Nuts: – Badam-10 Track – 10 (salty, normal) Wallnut / Ocrut – 15 (relief of spondilities) Soak overnight in water. —————- Gummadi Ginjali, Poddu thirigudu ginjalu, Watermelon seeds Every 5-6 spoons ————— Tella Nuvvulu Avisin Ginjalu 1/4 kg each and fry in ghee and make powder Take that powder of 3-5 tablespoons per day. —————- How to eat: – Eat as you wish when you feel hungry. I should not eat for every hour or two. Eat when you feel that you are very hungry. Without times When the body asks you to eat. Eat alone until you feel hungry, not satisfied with a full stomach. Eat again when you are hungry. Do not eat to satisfy the desire. Do not take this food: – (Until the end of the program) -Rice and related articles -Dhanyalu as jonnalu, raagulu, soojjalu, etc. All types of ginjaalu should be banned. No minappapu, chenagapappu in thaalimpu. -No candy and consolidates. -No fruit and fruit juices |

Try to keep gap between one meal to another meal for 14- 16 hours |
