oka meal ki 1000 plus and 2nd meal soup lo oka 3 to 400 elthaayi anukunta as i add fat to that soup ....and nimmakaaya nellu through out the day and green tea in between adds few more calories ....assalu neerasam gaani energy less gaani ledhu

This is called mixing intermittent fasting with diet

yes after 8 days naaku kooda chaalaa slow gaa vundhi weight loss....nenu already cheppa 11,12,13 days okka pound kooda thaggaledhu ani ....... body adjusting phase anukovachu ...... andhuke combine diet with intermittent fasting ..... keep atleast 14-16 hrs if possible 18 hours between 2nd meal to next day 1st meal ....

nenu 2nd week alaage chesaaa .....so malla 14th day nundee weight loss vundhi

3rd week i am having only one meal and having mutton soup for the second meal .... though weight loss is slow ....i can feel and see bojja going back :D

oka week liquid diet cheyaali....may be next week chesthaa

today is my 9th day first 5 days 5 pounds tharuvatha 6th day malli 1 pound increase ipudu back to 5 pounds down anthey ... my target is only 10 pounds though ...

10 days over...please let me know the changes in the diet

and surprisingly 8 days lo 10.2lbs lose ayya and last 2 days lo 1.6lbs periga...donno why, diet was the same...kaapothe madyalo 2 days ghee teesukunna instead of coconut oil, not sure if that is the reason
