Here is diet and exercise plan for veggies

Morning 6am eat soaked almonds + chik peas and one banana
Do reasonable exetcise like running or skipping or any simple and effective exercise
9 am ==> tiffin like idlee or dosa (count 2 or 3) without oil and again veggy curry

12 noon ==> lunch brown rice or quional or roti with veggy curry
03:00 PM ==> snack 1 few almonds or one apple
06:00 PM ==> again have idlee or dosa or roti with veggy curry or sweet potato
09:00 pm ==> have vegetable soup or boiled veggies etc

Note: here curry means no fried with oil etc
Eithet baked or boiled. You can have variety of beans
That has too good nutrition. Also have
Min one banana per day or max 3 per day


Buy a small bowl and just fill the food and eat
Small portions but eat many times
Make sure 2 to 3 hours gap
Make sure boiled curry without oil
If you want use olive oil on top of it
While eating




This not VRK diet, This driver diet, do not mix

For 8-10 almonds a day it does not matter but generally Without skin is better - the skin has a compound that is mildly toxic - soak cheste inactive avutundi anta - that is why they recommend either soaking or peeling .., this is true of many seeds not just almonds :-)
