Any unrefined oil is better but coconut oil got more MCT so use that...

Mostly water anukovachu kada? drank almost 3ltr of water and dont remember passing out that much...

Raman:



BF/snack:
- Stuff bell pepper with parmesan cheese and any other vegetable/leaves of your choice and boil it till cheese melts
- Slice eggplant and roast in oil, top it with cheese

Lunch/Dinner:

- Roast panner in ghee or oil and add them to lot of greens (leaves or salad) and eat

Can eat moderate amount of avocado/watermelon/blueberries/cherries

Kinda pdf link lo choodu list of veggies... mix them with cheese and make your own dish...

Nenu week lo three days veg ne tinta... So following the same route...

I’m having it with cauliflower rice

3 days into keto 5 lbs thaggaanu kaani idantha water weight jujubi

After 3 weeks telusthadhi

I’m also combining intermittent fasting with this
Boob annai ni kindhesi thanthe DB set aithadhi

One veggie breakfast/snack idea just implemented: Eggplant ni slice chesi oil lo veyinchandi... Just sprinkle salt and pepper powder... Oil manam taagakkarledu... Eggplant sucks as much oil as you want... You just eat it...

After 2 days of not-so-keto-diet, based on the below referrence, decided to cut down carbs/protien more to suit the real keto diet...
