This is not true. USA: You are going to settle down in US, not going to return. Visitor: No, I am just visiting USA, I have these ties back to my home country that I need to go back. If USA wins, no visa. If visitor wins: Visa granted. That was the contest. Here how do you prove that you will come back is all depends on YOU. | ||

My Brother in law(his wife(age 35&30) ki US visitors visa(B1) SPONSOR cheddam ani planning. He had his masters in UK. lived in UK for many years. They are Currently in India.
