bro my sincere advice to you is to hold..h1 situation has been PATHETIC especially for the last 4-5 weeks.....rejections left and right..this is not friend's friend stories - these are people whom i have known for years 3 consultants - 2 of who have been here for more than 10 years...1 guy was here for 5 years on h1..... it definitely looks like there were specific instructions to deny as many as possible....please hold home here is a big investment (never too small) and a commitment..it is not worth spending your time, emotions, energy and savings when you are not on a firm ground invest in desam real estate or stocks | ||

After waiting for so long for buying a house (and eventually it a couple of years back). If you think you will stay in a place either as a consultant(travelling too) or FTE, you should buy a house. School district,options with builder, H1/GC etc are all unnecessary noise. There are always houses that you can buy that are affordable. Commute to work should be the only viable criteria. Koneyi ehe. Atleast buy a condo. it is worth the investment | ||
