if u are working in farm doesn't matter what u eat u are active lean and healthy...

work we are doing is not active work we are sitting thinking a lot....from 40 we grow too much and loose little...

at 40+ cut down 40% of waht u were eating before and workout alteast 4-5 days a week ...
at 50 cut 50% of waht u were eating before ...and workout ..

diets dont work esp these type of extreme diets are not good for body...

i used to be 175 i became 185 now with no work out im at 200 ...need to cut down 20-25 pounds have to start workout ..as simple as that

personal experiance tho chebuthunna ilanti diets apesi malli thinadam start (even thakkuva thinna) chesina ventane weight kooda back ki ravadam start avuthundi. Slow and study ga smaller portions lo thintoo 4-5 days a week excercise chestoo thaggithe malli perige chances chala thakkuva. Max 4-5 pounds thappa weight lo change radu. Time and patience kavali but worth it.

cant agree more. Track your macros and workout atleast 4 days a week is the mantra. Long run lo kooda sustainable.

How is Virgin Coconut Oil Produced?

as far as i understand .... there are four important pillars or must do things

1. 70 - 100 gms of unrefined virgin coconut oil for first 10 days and after that 30 gms - 40 gms
2. 4 litres of water
3. 3 Limes
4. Multi vitamin Tablet

thinakoodanivi : bhoomi lopala pande dumpalu, milk and curd, fruits, sugar, honey, tamarind, beans

I've ordered dozens of pounds of coconut oil over the years. I love it, it's helped me drop from 310lbs down to a mere 230lbs - normal weight range. Sounds strange doesn't it? A FAT helping me lose fat? Coconut Oil is fantastic, and it also helps build natural DHEA in my body as I age - we NEED those essential fats.

Nevertheless - over the years many varieties have been consumed. Here are the true rankings of coconut oil, and my opinion following;

Centrifuge Coconut Oil is the most raw. It's never heated. It is extremely mild tasting.It is made from fresh coconuts that are shelled, chopped and then gently expeller pressed. The temperatures of the coconut flesh and the resulting coconut milk emulsion are carefully monitored to insure they do not exceed 40° C or 104° F. Once the coconut is shelled, it takes less than 45 minutes to produce the milk. This coconut milk, with the aid of a series of centrifuges, separates the oil from the water components of the milk. The centrifuge works like a cream separator used for separating cream from cow's milk. It requires a series of passes through 6 different centrifuges before a pure oil is isolated, but the result is absolutely fabulous. Lastly, a slight vacuum is placed on the coconut oil to remove any remaining traces of moisture. Once all moisture is removed, the oil is packaged However I found centrifuge to not be as good in cooking. It's best in smoothies, and eaten by the spoonful (tastes like icecream!?!?). But for cooking it's sub-par, and doesn't impart nearly as good of a flavor.

Cold Pressed is actually grated coconut hearts, which are then 'heated'. The name cold pressed is actually a bit of a lie. While the heating is low temperature, it's still heated! The fresh coconuts are opened and grated.Then the grated coconut is dehydrated at low temperatures, drying the coconut into fresh, crisp flakes.These flakes are then "pressed" to yield delicious oil that also contains many of the nutrients and flavors of the fresh coconut.This oil is a bit cloudy because of the proteins and other components it contains, so it is then placed into a centrifuge to "spin out" the fine particles and clarify the oil.

Expeller Pressed is the second most processed, and the worst in my opinion. The organic coconuts are opened and quickly dried. These dried coconuts are then mechanically pressed to remove the oil. No chemical solvents are used at any time during the process. Any free fatty acids in the oil are removed. The oil is run through diatomaceous earth and then steam distilled. This yields a pure, uncontaminated coconut oil which is commonly sold as expeller pressed coconut oil. However, to become the ultra-clean oil sold here, it then travels to the Netherlands where it is filtered and cleaned further.

Refined. This is the lowest grade. This is where coconut oil becomes thin, unflavored, and unhealthy. Refined used by theaters to make popcorn, and in the industry as a 'cheap' low grade oil.

What's my expert opinion as a professional chef, and coconut oil lover? COLD PRESSED is the best. It has the a mild flavor, but enough coconut to give it a 'personality'. It's not refined enough to become bad, or rancid, and retains the vast majority of what makes coconut oil great. It's the best overall for ALL USES - cooking, skin care, and raw. It's the compromise between having 3 different varieties! Kirkland is true cold pressed, and is a VERY GOOD cold pressed. The flavor is rich, the texture is perfect. In my view Kirkland has reached a near 'Utopian' level with this, and I would stock up!

I've had the most expensive, most carefully handled centrifuge coconut oil on the planet, and I still prefer Kirkland's Cold Pressed. While the Centrifuge was GOOD raw, on the spoon, it was pretty lousy in cooking, especially higher temps. I believe this may be because there ARE some impurities left in it that are removed during the 'baking' of cold pressed. Either way, I tend to prefer cold pressed - just realize the processing of cold pressed is not actually 'cold' by any sense of the word.

There is one more option.In cocstco we will get cauliflower rice,try that one.
But believe me if you are a non veg ,you will njoy it and it is needed to reduce carbo intake in the long run as well.

One option is Bullet proof coffee (In black coffee add 25gms of coconut oil and use frother to stir it)
Add 25 gms of coconut oil in mutton/.chicken soup.

Add 20 gms to salad or food we take.

If coconut oil is difficult to consume limit to 25 gms and take remaining 50 gms butter/ghee

Coming to the exit criteria of this plan,one shoulkd start with low glycemic foods for 2 weeks after exit and also one should continue having 2 solid foods a day instead of multiple times.With these our body will be balanced and will listen to us.

But one should follow all his four pillars without fail during this plan.

Exercise or Yoga are definitely needed for the good maintenance of body.

Junk ekkuva tina kunda. if you put on wt again start the diet plan for some time. For BP n Sugar he is asking to not to take the tablets but if you have any doubts you can check them regularly and decide by your self meds tisukovalo vadda ani antunnadu.I am starting it from today. lets see how long i can sustain. I know someone who stopped his BP tablets and his life was never the same after that..higcourt lawyer and beeruva full of money oka time lo...edho yoga ani start chesi stopped his BP tablets. Almost death varaku velli vachaaru :-(. Ippudu manishi unnaadu antey unnaadu..not practicing law.

akkade main problem undhi...in laws have started 3 weeks ago...did not stop medications... i dont think they take medicines...also better not to stop medications without doctors advice...
in the video he says 2 months or may be 3 months and then you can stop this diet...this is a bit odd...either he is expecting people would not go back to their old diet habits or they will like this diet and continue...
some of the promises he made like getting rid of diabetes i have some trouble believing it...feels anecdotal evidence being used...
from what i have noticed in the family is in laws started loosing weight very quickly and they feel better and energetic it seems....
i started to have a better diet schedule...too much mexican and chinese food thinnanu last 2-3 months....

1kg mutton bones
2 ltrs water and 12 whitles
Transfer to big vessel. Add 4 Ltrs.
Keep that in small stove and sim about 7 hours.
Add vegetables you want. 45 mins. Take out all the pulp and drink only soup.

Pillar 1- Every day (First 10 days) of the program.
70-100g Fat For Sure
Not Cheese.
Prefer soup with fat.
Next days of program:- 40-70g Fat for sure depends on individual If got weak add more 10g.

Nuts:- Badam-10 Pista - 10 (Salted, Normal) Wallnut/Ocrut - 15 (Spondilities relief) Soak over night in water.

Gummadi Ginjali, Poddu thirigudu ginjalu, Water melon seeds Each 5-6 spoons

Tella Nuvvulu Avisa Ginjalu 1/4 kg each and fry in ghee and make powder Take that powder 3-5 spoons a day.

How to Eat:- Eat as you wish when you feel hungry. Should not eat for every hour or two. Eat when you feel you are really hungry. No timings. When body asks you to eat. Eat only until you hunger feels satisfied not full stomach. Eat again when you feel hungry. Dont eat for satisfying desire. Not to take this food:- (Upto Completion of program) -Rice and related items -Dhanyalu like jonnalu, raagulu, soojjalu, etc all types of ginjaalu should be banned. No minappapu, chenagapappu in thaalimpu. -No sweets and consolidates. -No fruits and fruit juices

Keto diet is for weight loss...you can loose more weight in less time along with Strength training(idhi must anukonta instead of cardio)

Six whole eggs is max you can take for whole day. Not mandatory. add it in lunch and dinner. Use mutton stock or chicken stock. Instead of butter try coconut oil
