When ECR is stamped on passport, the person is sent to a separate counter where in the name of data checks, some commission is extracted by the Immigration Officer.Usually the job agents (some of these are Airport personnel) handle these. Now it has become easier for the Immigration officer - because all Orange passport holders will be routed to the Data check dept directly. | ||

i dont know how this will work but how do you know one is going to gulf as a visitor or a labor ? unless they open the passport ans some times they go with visitors passport and become labor .. either way how do you stop this labor exploitation ? | ||
