Based on past experience. But Bhuvi improved a lot in the last 2 years. Reclaiming his place in the team is on the back of hard work on docile pitches in India. Should give him a chance at some point to prove himself on flat pitches. |

I think Rohit should be continued in 3rd test. No point in bringing back Rahane for the last test and put him under pressure. Stick with Rohit and see if it works for one last time.
Changes I would make is getting Karthik in place of Patel and maybe Bhuvi to replace one among Sharma/Bumrah/Shami. |

Confidence undali. Unlike our past teams, we had genuine chance in these two games. No need to pull them down. Muddled selection (1. Romanticized Rohit sharma selection - salivating at the possibilities, 2. Partiv on tour, 3. Benching Bhuvi in second test) vadileste, they did good.
I still think they can win the next test irrespective of the pitch and conditions. |
