ANTI-SMOKING MIXTURE. Preparations for those desirous to stop Smoking are now widely advertised, at prices ranging from half-a-guinea to five guineas. Just as this Book goes to press, I have received the following analysis :— Silver Nitrate - - - 36 grains Water - - - - 16 ounces Wash out the mouth after each meal with the above. Do not swallow any of the mixture. It is almost tasteless, but is instantaneous in removing the desire to smoke.
