None other than Telugu people of both the states. First we should blame Telugu people for encouraging and supporting dynasty rule in both the states. Similarly in movies. Kama kakapothewhy do we need to Lokesh and KTR? Why do we need Ram Charans, NTRs, Bunnys, etc? Emiti ee daridram? Next 40 years manaki Jagan, Lokesh, KTR ?
