Teenmaar:

the second demand is to formally start investigation

Forget investigation - the Gvernment is not even ready to discuss the matter in Parliament.
Such a serious issue like treason where the ex Army Chief, ex VP and ex PM and a few diplomats conspire against the Government should not be discussed in election meetings
- Immediate action should be taken by the defense forces and CBI by arresting the culprits and all diplamatic relations should be cut off with the neighboring country!

Venkiah Naidu has replied saying the PM need not apologise since he did not make the accusation in the Parliament.
Because the PM said it elsewhere, the opposition cannot demand an apology and should not press for a discussion in the parliament ð
