2. WED morning - prepare spice mix (salt, pepper, chili powder , masala etc ) and coat the bird thoroughly ; reach under the skin using fingers or chop sticks
(spice mix changes can be dry, semi-dry or wet )
3. THU 3 pm . put in oven

detailed recipe please




- 2 cornish hens... remove the skin and fat, wash, wife it with a paper towel to make it dry...

- oka pan la dry roast poppy seeds, cahswes (almonds also if u wanna add), coconut powder until they turn brown (dnt burn them)... just slight ga dry roast and make a thick paste..

- to the above paste add red chill, salt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and ghee... color is optional...

- apply this paste to the chick and marinate it for at least 4 hrs... overnight aithe inka best....

- put them in the over for 3 hrs at 200-225... slow ga cook aithe better.. the meat/paste combo will ooze a lot of oil so periodically keep pouring the oil on top of meat...

u can add potatoes or veggies while baking... but make sure u dont add veggies ki peppers which will change the taste of the meat...

3. THU 3 pm . put in oven

roasting time look up from web: typically 4.5 lbs takes about 2.5
make a canopy with foil and cover for last 45 mins or so
