So here’s my take...I adore Catholicism in one way as it’s open to modern technology and more open .... While reformation made bible reach masses and everyone has view into it ...it also lead to hijacking of movement by nobility so that they can stick to their lands else almost one third of all land belonged to Catholic Church.... This is the reason why Scandinavian and west european rulers supported reformation as they can grab land from catholic church....
