I have been having this opinion, I want you folks with first hand experience to let me know that I am wrong(at least 80%). Software services companies(mostly India based like TCS, Wipro, HCL, Infy, etc.,) jobs are Kattubaanisatvam ani naa opinion. They pay for 40 hours(in the name if full time jobs)in US and have the labor to work (mostly no quality, but for head count and billing the client) around 140 to 150 percent(60 to 70 hrs) with cheap salary. They show the peanuts of partially paid expenses, flight tickets etc for new comers. How wrong am I(not from the very seniors present situation, I want average-aged experience with them). I came to this opinion by looking at my team members who are such employers employees for many years. As a matter of fact, I have never worked for any Indian company into software business. |
