Did the other person send you a copy of the estimate from the body shop? Is the other guy a desi? Is the accident recorded by Police? enduku adigaanante, just 600 aithe no brainer, pay cash and get out...kaani think about any other future issues u might face...kontha mandhi deenni advantage theeskuni they will start claiming more money again after sometime saying this accident caused some thing else...monna maa cousin ilaane oka musalaayanni guddhi settle chesukunte after 3 months, that person's daughter sued my cousin saying her father got heart attack 3 months after this incident and was asking my cousin to pay 100k medical expenses...then my cousin's insurance represented him in court for 3 hearings and finally got out with a settlement amount of 10k...bayata settle chesukunte these are all the issues, no recorded proofs what happened...adhe anni recorded unte safer...again purely judge the other person and if he seems to be reasonable, pay cash...if suspicious, go through your insurance... | ||

Chinna minor bumber accident at a stop sign. Naa number plate lo unde screws aadi bumber lo small dent. Very minor but he sent an estimate for 600. Not able to decide...insurance claim or pay cash.
