Be yourself and don't long to be somebody else. Wanting to be a Brahmin itself is the failure. Why can't you be yourself and achieve? The reason for your failure or being downtrodden is your lack of interest/zeal, hardwork, determination and for some lack of cognitive skills, communication skills etc. But if someone else is good at these things you come and blame them. Your children naturally pick up your skills be it language or social skills or cognitive skills. Hence your hardwork into intellectual skills naturally runs in your coming generations. Confusion 1: This is incomplete analysis - you should also need to know that Priesthood is not the only thing Brahmins do, in fact its the least of what Brahmins do. So that won't make you a Brahmin.
Confusion 2: It is not that I accept or reject inheritance but my question was inheritance was in the blood of humans and it was not introduced by Brahminic ideology. Why you inherit property from your parents/ Material or intellectual whatever it maybe? In fact it's even easy to reject material inheritance but you don't do it. But in case of intellectual inheritance you question Brahmins not to do it? But how is that possible? When intelligence is in the blood?
Confusion 3: "sect" is not the correct term, I guess you meant Varna. There is no proper translation for this word in other languages as this has to do with Dharma and no language in the world except Sanskrit has proper meaning for it. The words sect/class/caste are loose or weak translations. These are not even close to what the Varna is actually intended. There is absolutely no problem with Varna (Varna Aashrama Dharmas) which essentially dictate its followers (who have to take up voluntarily and no one is forced to take the aashrama dharma) to give to society not to take anything from the society. Yes, these Dharma's are written by Brahmins but then why these persevered for ages, at least 5000 years, when the percent of Brahmins in the sub-continent is less than 5% at any given time, its easier to bury these Dharma instead of adhering to them right? Where did the power come from? So it's wrong to argue that Brahmins imposed something without your consent.
Certainly wrong!!! Why now? Why not some 5000 or 8000 years ago when the Vedas were ardently being studied and religiously practiced? What were the others doing then?
It's inevitable. If you read the article carefully, one tribal "SECT" which is non-brahmin, tries to do it; again you are inherently falling into the same inheritance of SECT. If not brahmins the other SECT. While Brahmins are basically defined by Varna which is based on Dharma, the SECT has no proper definition other than INHERITANCE. Which is a self-goal.

I agree with you. Just wanted to point out that even in Manu Smriti the qualification is by occupation and there is no inheritance. But of course people in power will always misuse this I dont see any need for this codification and this definitely lead to the current sorry state | ||

Your argument is inaccurate. Prior to this article, "all Hindu priests are Brahmins" is accurate(>99%) even if you call it crying. It is OK for Brahmins to be priests and not others because inheritance is acceptable is your argument. The root of this ideology comes from division of people into 4 sects. This article is very confusing and self-contradictory. First of all it's not about Brahmins it's about Priests. Don't cry "aren't priests Brahmins?" - the answer is simple, Brahmins are not just priests. In fact Brahminic ideology does not talk about temples and priests, at least I don't see it in Upanishads. Brahmins are chosen as priests because of their sacerdotal skills. Before we go into more details I'd like to know if inheritance is part of Hindu Sanatana Darma? I mean did it invent it? Or is it part of human nature irrespective of religion? My answer is inheritance is part of human nature.
