Market is definitely moving up because of his perceived/anticipated business friendly policies. It will tank in couple of scenarios. 1. He has to do something terrible like going to war. 2. Another market housing like bubble burst. 1 is a possibility but I don't see 2 as a possibility in the next 3 years. He would be responsible for 1 but not 2. One last possibility is that market may self correct over valuation. That has to be limited effect. | ||
