Alternatively for both GDS and TDS calculations, you could add up your monthly housing expenses/all of your monthly debts and multiply by 12 to get the total amount for the year, and then divide that number by your annual salary. Multiply that figure by 100 to get your GDS/TDS ratio. Let’s look at some scenarios: Linda and Bill want to buy a house. Their combined annual salary is 82,000, which makes their gross monthly income $6,833. They estimate that their mortgage payment and property taxes will be $2,250, heat will be $75, and they’re making $250 in credit card payments a month, with $375 in car loans. GDS: $2,325 / $6,833 = .34 x 100 = 34 per cent TDS: $2,950 / $6,833 = .43 x 100 = 43 per cent -- If you qualify go ahead and buy as many as you want | ||

Offcourse, income and your expenses are the prime factors for getting mortgages, if you are buying a second home then it is treated as a rental home not sure about downpayment but interest rates would be at least 0.5% high compared to the primary residence loans. | ||

My post is real. No faking. I started talking to Ryan homes folks in VA. If people feel.iam posting fake it's there problem.if I get FTE I will buy home for sure..I can't live in 20,30,40yrs old apartments or houses. I see roaches bugs molds in apts. I rented 3bhk apt 1500 SFt no iam literally feeling like shifting my Texas home to VA. I can't live in apts amma. Babayya I really don't know how I got 25k followers myself.. I have posted 25.9k tweets sofar in twitter. I used to link my Twitter handle in whatever platform I used to post like investorshub.com etc... My intetests in financial markets started in 2009 I started posting online in ihub i enabled my posts to twitter simultaneously..even now every week I get 15-20 followers even if I don't post nothing in my feed.
