2007+2008 total perm applications are 23K+24K. These are total for EB2 and EB3. SO far as per DOS data, we can estimate close to 75K were issued to people who have priority date EB2 2007 and 2008. EB3 I has close to 2k 485's. Based on this we can estimate there are around another 6k in 2007 EB3 and 8k in 2008 Eb3. | ||

My inputs............. Things started going from Bad to worse from 2014. Based on the current number game it will take close to 3-4 years for EB2 to cross Dec 2009 and one year for EB3 cross Dec 2008. Starting from 2010, Labor applications are very high and to cross 2010, if the current trend continues, then it might take close to 5-8 years to clear 2010 desi charts. In 2010 number of labor applicants are close to 24K, now add their dependents total count will be close to 60K. With current trends, desi's are getting close to 12k both in EB2+EB3, why I combined, by the time priority date touches 2010, EB2 and Eb3 will move parallel. I hope I'm 100% wrong and dates should move much faster. | ||

ilaa work avvadhu mastaaru...As of now EB2 Final Action date is set at Sep 2008...as soon as this date moves forward by 6 months, assume March 2009, additional 3k 485 applications will flow in newly as there are so many EB3 people waiting to file 485...these people have ported already to EB2 and are waiting to file their 485 as it becomes current..all new Quota that comes this fiscal year will go away for these people...that's the reason u see only 2k reduced in 2.5 years..the biggest unknown here is, how many EB3 folks are there beyond the current PD and before May 2010 waiting to file... Usualgaa around 1k applications per month file avuthaai EB3 lo..andulo sagam port ainaa we still may have another 10k applications that will add up to 485 numbers (Worst case 20k)...kotthagaa vache quota antha veellake saripoddi... so mee total number ki inkoka 20k add cheuskuni redo the calculations... | ||
