Last year, a telugu family in Indianapolis went on a cruise and he got some medical issues while on the cruise. Air lifted to Miami and he was on coma for several months and died. one week before he died, his father in law died in India, due to stress caused by the whole episode. 2 days ago, his wife involved in a vehicle accident in Indianapolis and her 62 year old mom died (visiting from India) and this lady injured, along with her 11 years old son. very very sad situation Ignore spam and AJ. | ||

The more I think about "Why Me" question, the more I realize the greatness of Hindu religion's KARMA SIDDANTHAM. Without Karma theory, the burden becomes more unbearable. The KARMA theory works like a escape volve in a pressure cooker. It reduces once burden and gives peace of mind. And also everyone goes through WHY ME situation(s) in their life and what makes difference is how once handles the situation. Ofcourse, It is easier said than done. Poli brother and Urimi sister, I am sorry for your situation and hope god gives you enough courage to ride through these difficult periods in your life. | ||

Sorry to hear this about your kid. Urticaria is result of ama/pitra in the system. It is usually accompanied by irregular stool. Firstly yoga, yoga followed by chikitsa and a bit of Ayurveda will cure the problem. I used to take Allegra 150 mg, Levocet 3-4 times per day, and the dose was getting increased rather than decreasing. I was barely 25-26 and I was asked to take meds throughout my life which I felt utterly ridiculous. Moreover, I was losing my hair, full depression as I wasn't married and also my mental state was really gloomy don't know why, n top of that this burning sensation all over body, irritable bowel okati kadulendi... | ||

then after 4 weeks a chikitsa was done. warm saline water of 1 litre is asked to take in. Around 6 am. This followed with set of Adana's focussing on abdomen. What you have is a powerful flow of stool, this is so powerful that you feel dizzy and no energy after the excretion. Next week is followed with bland food. Continuing tablets and Pranayamam. After that week my urticaria is almost done. After two weeks started potatoes but no caffeine. This is for two weeks. After this I resumed back to my regular diet caffeine etc., but in a desirable quantity. So this entire programme continued for three months. Stopped taking tablets after three months. By now urticaria is thing of past. After fourth months of anuloma meditation, bhastrika, trataka were introduced(this is purely on my curiosity nothing to do with urticaria chikitsa) . That's it, after that I was asked to prolong my regular meditation for as much time as possible. That's it. This happened around 2011, then got married etc etc | ||

I was introduced to one yoga teacher called Kapadia at Gandhi gyan Mandir Koti. I explained the problem to him. Now it started with simple anuloma Viloma Pranayamam. 20 times one set. Like that 3 sets per day. This was accompanied by raktashodak Bati tablets. (baidyanath blood purifier). Two tablets twice a day. After one week it was transformed to full set which includes antar kumbhaka and bahir kumbhaka. Another one is sheetal Pranayamam for 10 mins. This continued for two weeks. Continued tablets as well. By this time I stopped all anti-histamine tabs which was unthinkable few weeks ago. All these weeks no caffeine and no potato. To be contd.. | ||

Any pressure can be handled other than illness. Age ni batting vachhu illness OK but sudden gaa early 30s fortys lo vachhu pedha jabbulee bhayam... I have a very small suggestion to all of you, please learn yoga, chala barely dikkumalina health issues Raakunda kaapasutundi... And try to meditate daily.. Any meditation you like or simple ones like bhastrika, kapalabhati.. or simply practising Mudras. Naa personal experience. Naku 5 years back full urticaria undedi, I need to take 3 tablets per day, it got increased to 5, doctors ni adigitey you need to continue throughout your life annaru... That was so painful that I could not sit calmly for 5 mins without taking tablet.. Busy ni evaro petrol posi tagalapettinattu undedi If I take tablets no digestion and skin was getting malformed. Naa batik intey anukuntunda ga my friend introduced me to yoga and meditation. I started doing them religiously, within 6 months my weight got corrected, emotionally I was good, started having 40% of fruits in diet, slowly urticaria got reduced and finally vanished. Yoga is my friend and getting into deep states of meditation makes me feel good.. Please try | ||

For example wife has to go through some treatment which is going on for last 6+ years and since 3 weeks whatever she eats or drinks throwing out and literally on bed! Now to come out of this situation she needs that treatment but to go for treatment she need to gain complete energy which will not happen as she cannot eat!! Doctors are confused as to what to do!! Myself handling her, job and kid!! Not a joke! | ||
