India are playing in the immediate future: from September to December, they play 23 internationals - three Tests, 11 ODIs and nine T20Is - against Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. Soon after the Sri Lanka series winds down, India are scheduled to tour South Africa for four Tests, five ODIs and three T20Is in January and February 2018. we need a 6th bowler who can bowl a bit but batting his main strength.. akkade ee kurrod fit avuthunnad so far.. but his bowling is a revelation even for himself anukonta..because he used to be spare keeper for RCB..it is working so far.. South Africa and England series lo telusuthundi if he is fit overseas anedi..for now he is good option..given the lack of choices | ||

we can try Rahul as opener...he is very natural as opener ....2down or 3 down is not good for him. Rohit , rahul, kohli , rehang , dhoni. pandey , pandya plus 4 bowlers ..
