MS is like an empire, fully self-sufficient sustained model. They stopped innovating a long time ago, but they are copying each and every other thing, they are standing at Rank-2 with everything they've ventured into. Google is Search Giant, next best is of course, Bing. World's most popular OS of course is Windows. Windows 10 is now Processor Independent. Same OS, any processor, any device model, of course, processor config batti run-time at installation decide ayyiddi... but otherwise, vanilla UI layers are all intact across all devices. MS Office is everywhere as well. Game Consoles - Sony has Playstation, MS has XBox. Cloud Services - IBM and AWS are fighting for top-slot, MS has significant Azure presence. I think FB and Amazon are huge bets and bubbles. There will be a day when they'll pop, at least FB, if not Amazon, sooner than later. FB is struggling to be innovative and they haven't yet come about with an industry disruptive path-breaking trendy survival strategy - say Google with Android, AMZN expanding from books to all of e-comm, FireTV, Alexa etc etc. FB is still selling our data for ads, and that's about it. someday everybody will be bored of FB.
