They wont let you ship passport docs...you need to send with someone else...but you can apply here when the kid is in India | ||

After you finish the online documentation , You will need to post your kid's passport along with other documentation for OCI. | ||

They are asking "Birth certificate with Apostle" which is another letter from city of Birth to certify the person's signature in Birth certificate is accurate and true. I don't think it would be an issue. There is no such a requirement that the kid should be in the US when you apply for OCI. I don't think they have a way to object it either. But why don't you then apply for OCI in India itself? It must be the same process. More transparent too. Also Robo 2 will be the first ever movie to have hero on the poster but not in the movie... - Sesani | ||

My 2 yr old son is currently staying with my in laws in India on Tourist visa valid for 1 year. I want to apply for his OCI from U.S. Is it possible or does any one see any issue Applying for OCI in usa when he is in India Thanks |
