Actually he was German Citizen (by virtue of residency/marriage in Geremany -Was prefesser in German University).But denounced it and took up Indian Citizenship ,10 yrs back He has contensted in election and won (in 2009).But he want back to Germany and stayed there for 1 year (as his family lives there) I Think he has not met the Indian residency obligations after he obtained citizenship (i.e..need to stays for 12 months continously after obtaining/applying for citizenship) His oppenent who got defeated in elections has filed case in supreme court in 2010 and since then it was pending | ||
