Actually, this Interview process is good for DESI's. As we can answer most of their questions and respond in English. Key here is answering in English, I think indirectly they are making English as a language requirement. Will have a heavy impact on EB4 and EB3. also, the interview process will take back to the pre-2005 situation, where California processing centers have different cutoff dates than rest of the country. Most of the applicants will be from California. Just estimate 140K+50K applicants to be interviewed in a year. You are looking around 17K interviews per month. close to 900 cases per day. This will put a load on USCIS and will rush at the end, so most of the desi's in the end of the year can quickly clear interviews and no interpreter is required. | ||
