Reducing interest rates doesnt necessarily reflect in improviing GDP growth rate or credit growth....if inflation goes up, that is another problem.... RTI is not financial reform but it was great ..VAT is a big reform... Land pooling for govt cud be problematic but MNCs always get it at throwaway prices from govt.
