Senapathy cheppinattu there are two things king baa...Employee tho paatu thana spuse and kid concurrent gaa GC file chesthey it will count in the Employment number (which they should not be doing)...but if the person is already a US citizen and he is applying GC for his Spouse/Minor Kid/Parents, then these are not counted in Employment GC number...there is no limit for these Family GC's...basic gaa veetni Family GC's antaaru....ivi kaakunda citizens can also sponsor GC's for their siblings and major kids etc...veetii pedda line and quota undi...ivanni Family based GC's kindhaki vasthaai...US immigration when they says Family based, they are talking about these...not employment based ones.. | ||
