I first started with yogurt (vedi cheyyakunda undali ani).. Bt that was too heavy. Last 2 weeks dinner time ki ki 6 lopu 2 idli, protein shake during work out, then jogging, then perugannam set chesa. 3 lbs down and not tired during the day. Bagundi. Lean muscle mass perugutundi.

Normally I put little water in the soaked ones, add little bit of salt and microwave them for 3 mts.

Then i apply little bit of chat powder and eat. 1 cup has 30 grams of protein.
