Moviebuff001:I first started with yogurt (vedi cheyyakunda undali ani).. Bt that was too heavy. Last 2 weeks dinner time ki ki 6 lopu 2 idli, protein shake during work out, then jogging, then perugannam set chesa. 3 lbs down and not tired during the day. Bagundi. Lean muscle mass perugutundi.
