Crap analysis It is irrelevant how many votes bjp third candidate gets What is important is will Congress gets enough first preference votes If they get their first preference votes it is done Bjp wanted to get it to second preference votes which does not happen If the votes we're not disqualifies cut off mark for first preference is 45 (176/4 +1) As the votes got disqualified cut off reduced to 44 (174/4 +1) So bjp can't get 44 for third candidate without risking smriti and Amit and needs more complex calculations | ||

Suresh Mehta swore in as the chief minister in October, 1995 and his government lasted for 11 months before Presidentâs Rule was brought in.
