happened to me.. for one week to 10 days - evne I if exert a little - my head would split with throbbing pain.. stopped doing.. then started doing it correctly (not straining the neck)

I think it is a combination of these two. I need to slowly increase. Oke sari ekkuva chesthunna nemo

people hold neck tightly when they are lifting weights.. it cause.. nerve damage..

so better talk to your gym trainer.. neck mida pressure pettaku

My guess is you might be holding breath for long time

My suggestion is breath in and out well
So start with reasonable weights
And increase gradually let your body feels
The weight increments of 10s

Burn the fat and burn the fate
Driving is my PASSION.

could be some sprain between shoulder to neck muscles.. happened to me when I pushed too hard.. started getting pulsating pain

stopped weight training for sometime and slowly picked from light weights
