Whyme:happened to me.. for one week to 10 days - evne I if exert a little - my head would split with throbbing pain.. stopped doing.. then started doing it correctly (not straining the neck)

could be some sprain between shoulder to neck muscles.. happened to me when I pushed too hard.. started getting pulsating pain stopped weight training for sometime and slowly picked from light weights |
