thankx.. cool, I have to think about in 2nd floor.. I have very nice place in basement.. 2nd floor I have masterbed with sitout area( both close to 500sqft).. I have convert all this space to master suite with laundry( facing out side or totally inside) | ||

link..yes, all new home's these days are on 2nd floor near to master BR.. texas lanti chotla where master BR is on 1st floor I think they have near BR. carrying clothes basket on stairs is so old school. | ||

all new constructions going to 2nd floor as most laundry get from upstaires... I have laundry on 1st floor, but converting that mud room as bath.. I have only option basement or upstaires... realtor said 2nd floor is more desirable .. | ||
