Pak is controlled by Army.All institutions including Judiciary is under control of army.It is a scripted Judgement teh funniest thing is he was not disqualified in Corruption/money laundering charges which actually was the probe war done he was disqualified because it was found during the investigation that he was a director of a shelf company in Dubai in 1993 and that company has showed in their accounts that Nawaz Sharief has been paid salary for that period,which has not been disclosed by him in his election affidavit But fact is the salary was shown by the company for purpose of fudging accounts/expenses and no salary was actually been paid | ||

Documents submitted in defence of the Sharif family appeared to show that Maryam Sharif was only a trustee of the company that bought the flats. However, the declaration, dated February 2006, was typed in the Calibri font, which was not introduced until 2007 - raising suspicions that the document may have been forged. That conclusion was also reached by Pakistani investigators tasked with looking into the case. I don't think Pakistan can afford Military rule at this point of time One reason is of US interference and agreements .One of it is Kerry-Lugar bill.According to this bill Pakistan will get $1.5 billion aid annually from US,with the provision requiring periodical assessments by the US Secretary of State to provide certification that the military is not subverting Pakistan’s political and judicial processes. Pakistan may have to face sanctions and other penalties from US if Military takes over | ||
