Are people dying every single day at that time? There are 3 main things A) everybody should buy insurance or pay penalty. Nothing will happen if this gets repealed. B) there was a max limit set for 3 times insurance cost for high risk people. before ocare it used to be 5 times. Those sections will spend more money C) Medicaid is expanded to 130% or more of BPL limit. Yes. This may be most likely outcome but rand Paul and likes are opposed to it . The may try to slip in other amendments which will be opposed by moderates. So it will be. Interesting .. now it can no longer be behind the door negotiation. Now every one has to go on record. I don't think even McConell wanted it. His best case was a clean repeal and replace and be done with it. Now after amendments ( in case it gets thru), this will go back to house . Then another drama starts.
