Businessmen/Employer or even ordinary people who employ others will be targeted with frivolous lawsuits. Hindus have to comply with all the laws plus this one. The real target is elsewhere. There are missionary-funded groups in UK which are asking UN consultation status and want to target India and Hindus.(Britian is officially a Christian country where Anglican Bishops sit in parliament. Just because it is couched in Orwellian terms doesn't mean it is good ("You are against anti-discrimination law, so you are pro-discrimination?") You cannot narrowly target a specific community. I think this would not pass basic tests if it were US(I mention US because the founder of thewire.in Sid Varadarajan is a US citizen and such laws won't pass basic tests in US.) Now let us put the law to test: 1) Platypus runs a small to medium business. Now Film_fan goes to Platypus for a job or he wants some service from Film_fan as a client. 2) After the first interaction, Film_fan files a lawsuit against Platypus for caste discrimination. There are two issues to prove here a) that Platypus knew what caste Film_fan belongs to. Remember this is not visible like white vs. black. How will it work?
