you cannot extend e-visa. Go to nearest embassy and pay $100 extra. They will issue you 6 months visa. | ||

Just because u applied for oci does not mean the kid will be instatus until the application is processed.both are exclusive of each other. | ||

U need to apply for Visa extension for 6 months and simultaneously apply for oci if kid is going to stay in India for more than 6 months.getting visa is easy but getting oci in India is based on luck factor.average wait is 6 months. | ||

My 1 yr old boy traveling to India next week on E visa which is only valid for 2 months. Is it any easier or faster to get OCI in india for extended stay for him. Thanks |
