It is a slam dunk manslaughter case. There was absolutely no justification for this shooting. He was carrying a firearm and has the permit. He informed the cop that he is carrying a gun on him. Why did he shoot? There was no evidence presented by the police that Philando was trying to move towards his gun or make any threatening gesture. If he is not convicted in this case, then there is no point in second amendment rights. NRA should be ashamed for not issuing any statement in support. | ||
