Humpty valla area lo BELMONT COUNTRY Club ane community undi and almost all houses 1998-2001 Madhya vi...only reason they have high resale value is almost all single families there are in 0.2 to 0.4 Acre lots!! Added to that gated community with excellent land scaping! Illa lopala clearly OLD LOOK but still high demand due to LOT SIZE and LAND SCAPING! Kotta illulu anni 0.13-0.15 lots and like cramped!

pre 2007 ki after 2007 ki credit issuance lo huge change. Dani valla market lo businesses opening taggindi kani, housing short sales etc relatively taggayi and market stabilized

Long gap took place in market.. That made more people waiting. Construction was freezed for long time. All together demand increased.

Rents are increased due to increase in property tax. Consumer will count rent vs own.
