NATO is a single thing that stands between third world war and us. The spending agreement are dealt with and handled in diplomatic cirles and they were done even before Trump. 2% GDP is the guideline agreement. Contributions are not all direct. There are several different way nations pitch in. I dont know who is advising him and why is he making this a public issue. One more trivia, the only nation to ever use NATO alliance benefits since its inception is ..... He deals with life in cliff notes version of problems. someday it will backfire and cause unexpected destruction. | ||
