I disagree what works for this combo is the team work. what i understood is RM+Keeravani together create Music+Screenplay. There is no vertical division anduke music integrates so well with the movie. He was going to not do outside films. But he wouldn't stop working for golden goose SSR. He hasn't given a great album for Bahubali. Background music is awesome. Still, market and value is for songs. Rajamouli, Maniratnam, Shankar alll surround themselves with talented people. All gave good hits even without core team members,I do think Rajamouli is talented in stitching together a mass script. Even movies that were dull had a few mass episodes that brought repeat audience. Dunno how much of value his family adds. Except for Magadheera, didn't care for Rama's costumes. Both Kajal and Charan are strong in that dept. Rajamouli should work with others like Manisharma, DSP, ARR and see the difference. RGV gave great music in his films even with different music directors. | ||

Keeravani gave best output to KRR and SSRM, the top directors of their eras. Now he has nothing to lose. Many of SSRM's movies ki he gave very good RR whether its original or inspired, he kicked butt. | ||

Keeravani, hasn't given a memorable album in years. But the attitude he is showing since Rajamouli success is too much. Picking on directors and singers just because of Bahubali. Background music and all is great, but if you can't give a hit album, why this arrogance? If Rajamouli drops you, he has many to pick from. You, won't. |
