Unless modern farming methods and equipment use chestamu ante tappa farming land kashtam. Basic equipment easily costs 5million and more. So you need to buy 100 or more acres for cost benefit. Manual labor to 2-3 acres kooda cheyalemu. Holding land is not worth it except for bragging in parties
