Caste kinship is there. So if a someone leads the way and is successful, other people in the same Caste also follow suit. some out of inspiration and some out of proximity enter into business with confidence. Regarding why some castes are more succesfully, between upper castes and less priviliged castes, the obvious reason is privilige, among the upper caste, it is by chance/luck that some pioneers were from their castes. But in General (90%), except for maybe Vaishyas, the Telugu way is to make the Kids study well and aim for Engineering or Medical excellence, now there is craze for Business Administration, but otherwise the encouragement is not for business. the top 10% might do it but they are not representative. since in this top 10% there seem to be disproportionately people from a certain caste, it gives a perception that in General business is encouraged in certain castes, this is not true. | ||
