Now they are working on their "hard" power. They are just trying to repeat what US did few years back. Of course their political system played big role in transforming a country of billion people. India in good position to get to that stage, but will it? I think it's nearly impossible for us to register China like growth. We need renaissance/revolutions in our political, religious, educational, social institutions to be like that. | ||

If the receiving countries have good leaders, they can use this help and turn-around their economies and prosper. There tactic is like "Vaddi Vyapari "..Chinese are not investing,but giving loans to the poor countries ..NOT as cash,but towards infrastructure projects..with a condition that these projects are to be done by chinese companies only and with labor,men ,machinary and materials imported from china. Chinese companies gets benfited and chinese govt will come after these countries for repayment of loans.If the countries fail to repay ,the annexe thier land and territories China has lot of lobor force and can not afford to keep them unemployed as the govt fears of revolt if there is enemployment/starvation ..the reason why chaina has built many ghost cities just to keep people busy with work | ||

We have to appreciate the hard working nature of Chinese. China really worked hard to be where it is today. And they are NOT OCCUPYING these countries or resorting to back channel (like CIA, KGB etc.) infulences by buying the countries leaders. They are achieving their influence by helping poor countries by investing in their countries. Good for China! Keep it up. Hope India raises to this level and follows China's strategy in getting influence. | ||
