To make sure every time squatting
At right level but when i do at home
Some times i use weight bench and
Some times not.

Box squat is totally different to normal squats..it can be used to just touch and get a feel on depth or to take out stretch reflex component..if its fo later then good, former kosam ayithe just feel is good enough

My observation is dog sledge machine for legs
And tire flips for my back really helped a lot

Those two are main reason that i perform squats very well

Benchpredd ki main reason is
Still not enough muscles that connects
My arms to chest to bottom of neck muscles

Once i build that then i can increase weights

Regd squats my legs and hips Got much muscles than my chest
So i could control and raise up with that weight
While doing squats i feel and use more Lower body
Then upper body :-)

Its almost a year back video

Now i got much improved

My top 2 weak exercises are

1. Single leg Squat ==> still doing like learner :-(
2. Bench press thouh i improved but still not enough or expected

Best ante Back squat and tire flips

Tire flips i can do nonstop 10 below 40sec
And the tire weight is 350lbs+

Both are awesome me performing well

I still say to get abs cleat definition

One should have good and strong hip muscles
Then only it looks perfect

At the end of day 6packs means not just abs
You have to tone your entire body with good muscles
Without chest, upper and lower back,
Full toned lower body i. e glutes, thighs calves etc
If you tone all together then only you see very good shape
Of toned and strong body

You do as long as you can
But make sure you do right way

My suggestion is to work on push ups
Than plank as plank is subset of push ups

As i see my lower back is much strong then earlier
I see and feel its growing muscles thighs to hips and all the way to lower back
In next 3 months i wann have very good thighs hips and back muscles all the way

try to get your protein from whole foods..remmember a supplement is a supplement and its a marketing strategy. but for sure protein powder is better than other supplements

Macros gatra tracking ledu. I try to keep it simple eggs or oats for breakfast on weekdays, desi varieties on weekends. Lunch salad +protein 3-4 times a week and regular stuff remaining days. Dinner mostly rice or roti with veg/chic/fish. Parents visiting appudu carb overloading untaady.

Typical workout in a week:
2x weight training
1x tabata
1x cardio
1x/2x sports

My goal is not to bulk up but stay fit with an active lifestyle
