chala chotla, characters behave & speak beyond their scope. anushka ni bandhi chesi mahishmati techinappati nundi, AB chanipoye daka. kattapa: supposed to be slave to kingdom. 1st part lo, devasena ni tappista antadu. second part lo, tappu chesav sivagami ani arustadu. mahendra bahubali king ani announce chesaka, sivagami next day court pettandi, rana/nazar ni prosecute cheyali annaka, his loyalty should be with sivagami or small bahubali. next 25yrs, he stays with nazar/rana. sivagami: first part lo unna conviction and character strength are nil here. raju meeda conspiracy aithe, court lo prosecute and execute cheyali AB ni, justlike how she planned to do for rana in later scene. run-up to coronation scene: rajamata mata dikkarinchina AB ki, edo oka siksha undali.. adi lekunda, choose kingdom or DS antadi.. next dialog, army chief ani appoint chestadi. (subsequent scene lo rana gadu new army chief antadu.. dont know where power lies.). this whole scene looks so forced run-up scene for well-shot coronation scene...btw.. armychief ki undalsina first quality, loyalty to kingdom. vadi dharmam ade.. already rajamata mata dikkarinchina vadu least suited to that job... There is frankly no story in BB1 except introduction to most of the characters. It being the first part and a peek into the beautiful world of Baahubali with great songs makes it novel. Actual story, emotions, depth in characterizations are there only in BB2. And in 2nd part, Kattappa only 'guesses' Bijjala's intentions and he has Zero proof to prove it. He absolutely doesnt have a whiff of Bhallala's schemes. Anyways, for me BB2>>>>>BB1. Cant compare it to Sathakarni as tht was a loosely a Biopic. BB series is more of a fantasy. | ||

Edupey paramaardham laa raasina 'Elite' review laa vundhi... Jst a snippet: "Why did Baahubali return to Mahishmathi via river route, when he 'comfortably' came by road to Kunthala earlier?" Did Baahubali tell the reviewer that he was more comfortable coming via road or that it was shorter? And Baahubali-Kattapa's purpose was not jst come to Kunthala...but go around length and breath of his kingdom to understand the way of life of his people. Why would he even come via river if he has to do that? And reviewer also needs to understand, if there is a water route, that was always shorter, safer and comfortable during those days when obviously they did not have 8 lane highways and Volvos to travel around. Ilaanti chamaks inkenno ee review lo....LOL Its perfectly fine is one did not like the movie, but illogical criticism like the above, that too in a fantasy genre makes a mockery of review itself. With these kind of logics, even Lord of the Rings shall appear flawed. | ||

Hypocritic Review.... 2 ways to look at a movie.... 1. Watch it as a whole and revel in the experience. 2. Watch it with a pre-determined mindset abt how it shud be, comparing it to great Hollywood blockbusters, look for messages and loop-holes. It is obvious what this guy did.
